Along with migrating the extensions.data.* telemetry events to Glean, we should also consider if we should also port the WEBEXT_STORAGE_LOCAL_IDB_MIGRATE_RESULT_COUNT histogram to Glean or deprecated in favor of just querying `extensions.data.migrateResult` Glean events to achieve a similar kind of metric)
