Looking at the logs for `toolchain-linux64-android-sdk-linux-repack`, we appear to be installing the newly-released preview release of the Android SDK Platform Tools (34.0.5 is the latest official release). These failures would have presumably burned whoever did the next push that triggered this toolchain to rebuild.
