I originally wanted to leave this open to first-time contributors (no bugs fixed yet). But given that nobody working on their first bug reached out the past couple days, I'm now willing to make this available to contributors who already fixed multiple. I'm just awaiting confirmation from Noah since he expressed interest first. If I don't hear back after a while, I will assign it to you.
