**Steps to reproduce**
1. Reach the payment form on www.staples.ca
2. Fill in manually new CC info and submit the form
3. Refresh the page.

**Expected result**
* Submitting the form with new CC info should trigger the Credit Card save doorhanger.

**Actual result**
* CC save doorhanger is displayed only after a page refresh.

**Regression range**
* In Chrome, the CC doorhanger is not displayed at all.

**Additional notes**
* Not reproducible in Chrome.
* For the CVV field that is considered as password field, see bug 1825311.
