Looks like the patches make this test permafail in the Linux 18.04 x64 WebRender `debug-mochitest-plain-headless-spi-nw` test configuration. Those are Tier 2 but there's no reason for us to fail there. I'll do some try runs and figure out what that configuration needs changed.
