**Steps to reproduce**
1. Navigate to about:preferences#privacy 
2. In the DNS over HTTPS sub-menu click on the "Learn more" links

**Expected result**
* User is redirected to a valid web page containing informations about the DNS over HTTPS.

**Actual result**
* User is redirected to an invalid page.
