Per the [product specs](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wTT8RdnVH9KBuhaAFvyuTUl-R-U-KzzelagCAGvSZRA/edit): * new tabs opening, closing, or being reordered in the tab strip should all be reflected in the each card * clicking on an item in the row will change focus to that window/tab. * show all link will show additional tabs
