Note that the both regressions reported here are now hidden because of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1836093#c6 So if you want to check your performance improvements on CI, make sure to renable translations in automation first. To do so you can more or less backout https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/897932a8a73d (even though there is a small documentation update that I added there which would be worth keeping).
