Do you have a way to reproduce this successfully? I tried the following flows multiple times on an emulator with no luck, wondering if there is a way with better odds?

1. Switch from one private tab to another: NO
2. Background the app and reopen within ~5 seconds: NO
3. Background the app for a few minutes and open another app: NO
4. Switch to normal browsing mode and open a new tab, then switch back to PBM: NO
5. Enable “Don’t keep activities” in the developer mode and background the app: NO

I am able to reproduce this if I check `No background processes`
