I can still reproduce, if I disable the intervention as well as the `layout.css.fake-webkit-scrollbar.enabled` about:config preference.

But as long as `layout.css.fake-webkit-scrollbar.enabled` is enabled, this is fixed for me.

That pref is Nightly-only for now, so perhaps we should tread cautiously (e.g. instead of removing, only activate the intervention if the pref is false)?
