Steps to reproduce: 1. Open https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/input/number 2. Click input field Actual results: Rendering issue of focus ring, slightly misaligned in some cases. Left side and top side are missing. See attached screenshot. Expected results: Render properly.
