I have reproduced the initial issue using the STR from Comment 7 on Firefox 116.0b5 on Windows 10. Verified as fixed using the latest Nightly 117.0a1 and Firefox 116.0b6 on Windows 10, macOS 11.7, and Ubuntu 22.04.
