"**Environment:**
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Operating System: Mac OSX 10.15.6
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 116.0a1 (2023-07-13) (64-bit)


**Preconditions:** 
ETP set to STRICT
Clean profile



**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Navigate to: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/royal-family/2023/07/14/prince-and-princess-of-wales-airshow-george-louis-charlotte/
2. Scroll the page until the "Load comments" button is shown.
3. Click on the button.
4. Observe the result.






**Expected Behavior:**
The comment section is loaded.

**Actual Behavior:**
The button is stuck in a loading state.


**Notes:**
- Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD
- Reproducible in PRIVATE Mode as well.
- Screenshot attached.
