**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to https://edd.ca.gov/en/Search?q=accountant
2. Observe the search results.

**Expected Behaviour:**
The thumbnails from the search results are big are square.

**Actual Behaviour:**
The thumbnails from the search results are small and have a rectangular shape.

**Notes:**
1. Screenshot provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible on Chrome
