Steps to reproduce:

GitHub allows a subscriber to an issue to only subscribe to issue closure, moving, and reopening (issue events). Frequently, I'm not interested in the technical discussion about an issue, just when it's fixed or marked as WONTFIX.


Actual results:

As it stands, I get loads of mail from issues that I only want to be notified of the status of.


Expected results:
