**Environment:**
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 117.0a1-20230718092538

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to https://www.dol.gov
2. Scroll until you reach the "Blog" section.
3. Tap on an article.
4. Return to the previous page.

**Expected Behaviour:**
The article's active area is highlighted completely.

**Actual Behaviour:**
The article's active area is highlighted partially and when returning to the previous page the article remains active until tapping somewhere else.

**Notes:**
1. Screen rec provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible on Chrome
