Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Operating System: Mac OSX 10.15.6
Operating System: Ubuntu 20.4 LTS x6
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 116.0a1 (2023-07-04) (64-bit)


**Preconditions:** 
ETP set to STRICT
Clean profile



**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Navigate to: https://wset.com/
2. Wait for the cookie policy modal to load.
3. Accept the cookie policy.
4. Observe the result.





**Expected Behavior:**
The page loads.

**Actual Behavior:**
A blank page is shown.


**Notes:**
- Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD
- Reproducible in PRIVATE Mode as well.
- Screenshot attached.
- Refreshing the page temporarily solves the issue.
