it grows and shrinks, but averages out to growing
kinda like, -40MB, +50MB or something (not exact numbers)
(I'm not saying it's just youtube, that's just what I happened to test)
(it might not even be videos at-fault, but it's kinda suspicious)
I'm now at 27.3 GB up from 27.0GB

It repros better for me if I choose like "theater" mode or whatever it's called, rather than the default view. Don't need to fullscreen, but bigger=quicker climb
