I have made progress in the investigation and I hope that with bug 1869805, these failures will now be reported as something like `Intermittent application crashed [@ sandbox::TargetNtCreateSection]` and contain useful diagnostics information. I'm not sure how to link these new failures to this bug though so that they appear here.
