**Environment:**
Operating system: Android 12
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 119.0a1 (2015972515-🦎119.0a1-20230905215534🦎

**Preconditions:** 
Clean profile


**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Navigate to : https://vimeo.com/
2. Perform account login.
3. Navigate to your feed and play a video.
4. Observe the video player options.

**Expected Behavior:**
PiP is present

**Actual Behavior:**
PiP is missing


**Notes:**
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
- Works as expected using Chrome
- Screenshot attached
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
