We have landed some patches recently to improve the HTTP/3 upload performance.
Could you try to use the latest nightly version and test again?
If the upload speed is still slow, could you try to record a log by visiting `about:logging` and selecting `HTTP/3 upload speed` and `Logging to a file`?
