Now that the Default Agent is wrapped as a Background Task, it is able to pull the directly AUMID from XPCOM APIs instead of routing through a command line argument.

Now that the Default Agent is wrapped as a Background Task, it is able to pull the directly AUMID from XPCOM APIs instead of routing through a command line argument. The Task Scheduler task should be updated accordingly.
