**Steps to reproduce**
**Preconditions**
- Install the Firefox en-US/en-CA build
- browser.search.region = US/CA
- extensions.formautofill.addresses.capture.v2.enabled = true
- extensions.formautofill.addresses.supported = on

1. Have the Saved Addresses modal opened in about:preferences#privacy with an already saved entry
2. Access https://luke-chang.github.io/autofill-demo/autocomplete-us-separate-fields.html? In a different tab 
3. Autofill  the form, but change one field (eg. Country) and click Submit 
4. Click Save on the Address capture doorhanger
5. Return to the about:preferences#privacy  and observes both entries

**Expected result**
* Both entries are visible. 

**Actual result**
* Only the newly saved entry is visible, the previously existing one can be seen only on hover.

- The issue is fixed once you reopen the Saved Addresses modal from about:preferences#privacy
