Windows 10
version beta 120.0b2

'Menu Bar' toolbar - View > Tasks
opens in a new tab listing tasks
There is a lower section with buttons: Category, Mark completed, Priority, Delete
Attempt to lower that section by grab and drag top edge.

Actual REsults:
- See a horizontal double headed arrow.
- Cannot grab top edge.
- Impossible to grab so cannot move

Expected results:
- See a vertical double headed arrow.
- Left click on top edge and hold down will grab top edge.
- Then drag down moves top edge downwards
- If drag to bottom, it is removed from view.
- I can then drag up when required.
