**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to https://aws.amazon.com
2. Observe the cookie banner.

**Expected Behaviour:**
The cookie banner has the "Continue without accepting" button.

**Actual Behaviour:**
The cookie banner is missing some info and the "Continue without accepting" button.

**Notes:**
1. Screenshot provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible on Chrome
4. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
