A note I've realised we have an [existing dark mode red shade](https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/648a427a0ffc4c62118dbb24bcd88a6b52f54d78/toolkit/themes/shared/in-content/common-shared.css#135) that's really close to the shade I'm proposing and is accessible for text usage, so I will be using it instead.
