Set the browser.shopping.experience2023.optedIn - 1

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Reach any product details page on amazon.com

**Expected result**
* The Left border line should be at the edge of the Shopping sidebar.

**Actual result**
* The Shopping sidebar extends a bit further than the border line.
