Scope of this bug is to validate if setting `browser.startup.homepage_override.mstone` pref is enough to not show about:welcome during first startup. By default `browser.startup.homepage_override.mstone` isn't set for brand new profiles but there has been issue reported for custom builds when about:welcome page isn't shown due to `mstone` pref set
