We can do this by adding the `sidebar-launcher` element to the existing style in `browser/themes/shared/browser-shared.css` [here](https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/d7c5387a43bda5163afcb9e65e17c476c6ecf625/browser/themes/shared/browser-shared.css#321), so it will shift down along with the sidebar.
