I'm surprised that this hit the timeout threshold since it's not even one of the loner tests in the SelectTranslationsPanel test suite.

I'd like to keep monitoring this one for a few days to see if this occurs again, and if so, I can split this test up.

I'm going to leave my needinfo open for now as a reminder.
