**Environment:**
Operating System: Windows 10
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 127.0a1 (2024-04-21)/Firefox ESR 115

**Preconditions:**
Clean profile
ETP set to Strict

**Steps to reproduce:**
  1.  Navigate to: https://tellpopeyes.com/
   2. Observe the page 


**Expected Behavior:**
The page is loading correctly

**Actual Behavior:**
The page is not loding

**Notes:**
- Screenshot attached
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly 
- Not reproducible with Standard ETP
- Same behaviour in Private Mode
