**Environment:**
Operating System: Samsung A51 (Android 11) -1080 × 2400 pixels 20:9 aspect ratio (~405 ppi density)
Firefox version:  Firefox Nightly 127.0a1 (2016016847-🦎127.0a1-20240423214125🦎)

**Preconditions:**
Clean profile
ETP set to Strict

**Steps to reproduce:**

1. Navigate to: https://www.cosedicasa.com/fai-da-te/lavori-casa/dipingere-i-caloriferi-quando-e-consigliabile-farlo-con-che-prodotti-due-esempi-step-by-step-32600
2. Observe the page

**Expected Behavior:**
The Cookies pop up displayed correctly

**Actual Behavior:**
The Cookies pop up not displayed and the page appears blurry

**Notes:**

- ScreenRec attached
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Focus Nightly and Focus Release
- Not reproducible with ETP standard
