With Ubuntu 24.04, user namespaces are not longer authorized by AppArmor so:
 - builds prior bug 1884347 will simply crash
 - builds after bug 1884347 without proper AppArmor have degraded sandbox

With Ubuntu 24.04, user namespaces are not longer authorized by AppArmor by default for non packaged versions so:
 - builds prior bug 1884347 will simply crash
 - builds after bug 1884347 without proper AppArmor have degraded sandbox
