**Environment:**
Operating system: Mac OS X 10.15
Firefox version: Firefox 128.0

**Preconditions:**
valid account/booked demo

**Steps to reproduce:**
Moved based on the user's screenshot

>While attempting to join a virtual seminar using this service, a message appeared saying I should consider a compatible browser such as Chrome or Edge. The screen also included a "continue with my browser" button, but the message and screen makes it seem as though my browser (Firefox) is *not* compatible. This would be considered a deceptive pattern.

**Expected Behavior:**
Able to proceed with the seminar.

**Actual Behavior:**
States that Firefox is not a compatible browser.

**Notes:**
- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproduces in Firefox Nightly
- Does not reproduce in Firefox Release, Chrome
