Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://www.airbnb.ca/ in Firefox for Android.
2. Press the "Beach" button.
3. Go to the first result.
4. Tap on the picture.
5. In the grid of pictures, tap a single picture, so that it opens in full screen view.
6. Try to dismiss the picture by dragging it downwards.

Expected results:
Nothing - the page doesn't appear to support swiping pictures down to close them. (On iOS this is a common gesture for dismissing full screen pictures.)

Actual results:
Pull-to-refresh engages.

Chrome does not pull-to-refresh in this view.
