**Steps to reproduce**

1. Open firefox and start a web conference. (ex. `https://freeconferencing.vonage.com/`)
2. Ensure audio/video are working properly. 

**Expected result**

* The webconference has started and there are no issues with the audio.

**Actual result**
* There is no audio input or output from Firefox in the conference.

**Additional notes**
* This issue affects only WebRTC calls and is only present on MacOS 12.6.3 with an ARM chipset and is only affecting firefox 128 beta versions.
