**Environment:**
Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Firefox 127.0.1 (release)

**Preconditions:**
- ETP set to STRICT
- Clean profile

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Navigate to: https://www.tigertigercomic.com/tiger-tiger/688#disqus_thread
2. Scroll the page until the "Comments" section is reached
3. Observe the section

**Expected Behavior:**
The Disqus comments are loading

**Actual Behavior:**
The Disqus comments are missing

**Notes:**
- Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD/turned OFF (both Normal and Private Browsing)
- Reproducible on the latest Nightly
