Pre-requisites: 
Flip sidebar.revamp and sidebar.verticalTabs on. 

**STRs:** 
1. Pin two tabs or more.
2. Unpin a tab. 

**Expected result**
1. The unpinned tab moves to the first position in the vertical tabs area (below a separator between pinned and regular tabs), as [per spec](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1T2MNWuekJqpHpAMtXLZQsYDYP7XCMCeR5njg-gbIoeU/edit#heading=h.v0s2c747fxsn). 

**Actual result**
1. The unpinned tab moves to the first position in the **pinned tabs** area

**Actual result**
1. The unpinned tab moves to the first position in the **pinned tabs** area.
2. To remove the unpinned tab from the pinned tabs are, one must close it first.
