I was thinking from the beginning in terms of 32 vs 64 bit windows but since they say win10 pro and it worked before with more than 4 GB files I discounted it. But maybe they did install 32 bit TB? I installed 32 bit 128esr and my 9 GB Inbox is now truncated to 4 GB:

Also, my bottom half of messages come up blank and only see the headers.

Edit: However, they say there are some files truncated to 5G so not sure this is why.
