**Environment:**
Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Nightly 131.0a1 (2024-08-07)

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to https://www.aliexpress.com
2. Observe the flag icon located in the header.

**Expected Behavior:**
The flag icon is sized correctly.

**Actual Behavior:**
The flag icon is not sized correctly, it is small.

**Notes:**
1. Screenshot attached
2. Reproducible regardless of the ETP status
3. **Not reproducible on Firefox Release** and Chrome
4. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
