**Environment:**
Operating system: Windows 11
Firefox version: Firefox 128.0.3 (release)

**Preconditions:**
- Clean profile

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Navigate to: https://www.bilibili.com/blackboard/era/2024science3minPC.html
2. Observe the page header area

**Expected Behavior:**
Animation is present 
**Actual Behavior:**
Animation is missing

**Notes:**
- Reproducible on the latest Firefox Release and Nightly
- Reproducible regardless of the ETP setting
- Works as expected using Chrome
