If I recall correctly, the divergence is that the translations feature has many [inactive states](https://www.figma.com/design/GT6oZLFw32LiCwKl5GOMWD/Full-Page-Translation?node-id=7202-98212&node-type=instance&m=dev) and the traditional white conflicted a little more with this common inactive state. The fuscia "Not Now" is consistant with the [design specs](https://www.figma.com/design/GT6oZLFw32LiCwKl5GOMWD/Full-Page-Translation?node-id=7191-52840&node-type=canvas&m=dev), but might be a different shade than originally planned now due to the contrast bug. Thank you, Sören, for also the link to bug 1891258, where contrast was adjusted. I'll pass this on to Dasha for more evaluation and UI/UX input.
