We see a software called "AhnLab V3Clinic40" locking the file, or at least causing some kind of lock. We assume it's some sort of secutiry software.
Maybe Icaros is somehow activating real time checks from this security software?
Any way you could try temporarily disabling real time protection from that software and see if the problem persists?
