There's a significant increase again this week from ~1.5k to 50k. This is probably a duplicate of Bug 1924137 (here app is sending undeclared metrics)

:travis - one of the metrics in question is `places.frecency_recalc_chunk_time` (https://dictionary.telemetry.mozilla.org/apps/firefox_desktop/metrics/places_frecency_recalc_chunk_time). We had a discussion about disabling some built in metrics in Glean v63 in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1924137#c5. Would this allow Thunderbird to stop emitting these metrics?
