**Environment:**
Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Firefox 132.0/130

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to https://tailwindcss.com/docs/installation
2. Zoom out below 80%.
3. Observe the background image at the top.

**Expected Behavior:**
The background image remains blurred/faded.

**Actual Behavior:**
The background image is no longer blurred/faded.

**Notes:**
- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, and Firefox Release
- Does not reproduce in Chrome
