[Affects Firefox for Android]: Yes
[Suggested wording]: Added support for [image decoding](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/ImageDecoder) as part of the [WebCodecs API](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/WebCodecs_API). This allows for decoding of images on the main and worker threads.
