**Environment:**
Operating system: Windows 11
Firefox version: Firefox 132.0.2 (release)

**Preconditions:**
- ETP set to STRICT
- Clean profile

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Navigate to: https://www.foxnews.com/politics/pennsylvania-dem-gov-josh-shapiro-sides-state-supreme-court-ruling-not-count-certain-mail-in-ballots
2. Click on the "Comments" buttons and scroll the page

**Expected Behavior:**
The comment section is present

**Actual Behavior:**
The comment section is missing

**Notes:**
- Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD/turned OFF (both Normal and Private Browsing)
- Reproducible on the latest Nightly
