**Environment:**
Operating system: Desktop (Mac OS X) and Android
Firefox version: Firefox 135

**Preconditions:**
- Strict ETP enabled
- Clean profile

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to https://hbr.org/
2. Click Subscribe

**Expected Behavior:**
The page elements load correctly. User can complete subscribe steps.

**Actual Behavior:**
Page is broken. 'We're experiencing a connection error. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later.' error appears.

**Notes:**
- Reproduces in ETP Standard, Strict Mode
- ETP toggle OFF does not help
- Reproduces in Firefox Nightly on desktop and Firefox Beta on Android
