Early [crash ping telemetry](https://crash-pings.mozilla.org/#channel=[%22release%22]&process=[%22socket%22]&version=[%22136.0%22]) shows this crash is now only <1% of the socket process volume, suggesting that our patch has almost completely mitigated the issue. Reopening with lower severity still, since it is present despite low volume and we are hoping that Microsoft will acknowledge and fix this issue.
