Yup, I think it is. Let's flag it as a dependency, but we can probably close when that bug is fixed. FWIW our rendering changes slightly when I enable `layout.css.stretch-size-keyword.enabled` to enable support for `stretch` (it's enabled by default for this WPT directory now), but we still fail the test. We fail the test in the same way if I replace all of the `stretch` usages in the test file with `-moz-available`, too.

FWIW if you're viewing the test on wpt.fyi in Nightly: our rendering changes slightly when you enable `layout.css.stretch-size-keyword.enabled` to actually enable support for `stretch` (it's enabled by default for this WPT directory now, but not enabled in regular Firefox yet); but we still fail the test. We fail the test in the same way if I replace all of the `stretch` usages in the test file with `-moz-available`, too.
